SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing LASH LAB PRO for your lashing needs. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major Canadian holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping times may be affected by retail holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing day). Please allow for a reasonable delay. Customers who select expedited mail service will have their orders fulfilled in order of priority.

 

SHIPPING PRICING AND EXPECTED DURATION
Please note the following shipping times are estimated averages. Holidays and postal outages and customs processing may affect shipping times. All prices are in CAD. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once possession of your package has been passed on to the postal service. 

COVID 19 DELAYS - Please be advised that the CP, UPS, DHL and international carriers have suspended delivery guarantees since the beginning of the pandemic. They will not issue refunds for packages delivered late.

*No orders will be shipped on Sunday. Orders placed after 11AM EST FRIDAY will ship on the following Monday.

*Exclusions apply depending on the delivery address
